Dengan ini diumumkan kepada Peserta Ujian CPNS BKN Tahun Anggaran 2010 yang dilaksanakan di Kantor Pusat BKN di Jakarta tanggal 9 dan 10 Nopember 2010 dan Kantor RegionaL II BKN di Surabaya tanggal 13 dan 14 Nopember 2010, bahwa berdasarkan Keputusan Kepala BKN Nomor : 2111KEP/2010 tanggal 23 Nopember 2010 telah diputuskan Nama dan Nomor Peserta yang dinyatakan Lulus Ujian CPNS Tahun Anggaran 2010 sebagaimana terlampir;
Kepada Peserta yang dinyatakan Lulus Ujian CPNS Badan Kepegawaian Negara Tahun Anggaran 2010, agar hadir di Kantor BKN Jakarta, pada hari Jum’at, tanggal 26 Nopember 2010, pukul 09.00 WIB bertempat di Aula Lantai 5 Gedung I BKN, J1. Letjen Sutoyo No. 12 Cililitan, Jakarta Timur, untuk mendapatkan pengarahan dari Pimpinan BKN dan sekaligus melengkapi Berkas sebagai berikut :
a. Foto copy ijazah sah dan transkrip nilai dilegalisir rangkap 2 (dua);
b. Foto copy ijasah SD, SMP, dan SMA rangkap dua 2 (dua);
c. Daftar Riwayat Hidup dan Surat Pemyataan, rangkap 2 (formulir tersedia);
d. Foto copy sah bukti pengalaman kerja bagi yang memiliki;
e. Pas foto hitam putih ukuran 3 x 4 em sebanyak 6 (enam) lembar;
f. Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) terbaru;
g. Surat Keterangan Sehat dari Dokter terbaru;
h. Asli Kartu Pencari Kerja dari Dinas Tenaga Kerja;
i. Surat Keterangan Bebas Narkoba dari Rumah Sakit Pemerintah.
Bagi Peserta yang tidak hadir pada hari Jum’at, tanggal 26 Nopember 2010 tanpa ada alasan yang sah, maka yang bersangkutan dianggap mengundurkan diri.
